Great for any high-volume kitchen, the Metro RF13N refrigerator rack is designed to roll into a refrigerator, quickly and easily loading or unloading multiple pans at once. This particular rack fits up to 36 full size sheet pans, which can be accessed from either end. When used in a pass-thru refrigerator, the rack can be rolled in through one side and pulled out from the other. Or it can remain stationary, allowing you to load the pans from the prep area and then retrieve them from the other side for baking.
However you use it, the rack is built to last. It's made with high-strength, extruded aluminum and is aircraft-riveted for incredible durability. Plus, it's outfitted with 5" diameter casters, giving it effortless mobility. Each of the casters swivel to make the rack easy to maneuver through narrow hallways and cramped storage areas, as well as to roll through a pass-thru refrigerator. And since the front 2 casters include brakes, they help stabilize the rack when in use. For immediate use upon delivery, the rack ships fully assembled.
