Scratch and Dent Hobart HL200-10STD Details

This Hobart Legacy+ HL200-10STD 20 qt. floor mixer comes complete with everything you need to quickly prepare fluffy mashed potatoes, moist bakery-style cakes, and rich, tasty icing! Its standard accessory package features Hobart QuickRelease agitators, including (1) 20 qt. "B" beater and (1) 20 qt. "D" wire whip, as well as a (1) 20 qt. stainless steel bowl. A #12 taper attachment hub makes transitioning between accessories easier than ever.

Each HL200-10STD features a three-speed, 1/2 hp motor, gear transmission, stir speed function and Shift-On-The-Fly controls which allow the operator to change the speed while the mixer is running. For superior consistency, the HL200-10STD also has a 15-minute smart-timer and automatic time recall. It requires a 115V electrical connection.
