I purchased this brand because they have a good reputation for high quality refrigeration. I am very disappointed, The lid is bowing and does not seal properly. The gaskets don't sit flush with the door allowing food to get stuck between them and the door. They have sealed areas for the food pans sitting on top and locking separating bars holding the pans. This all sounds great but creates many crevices, nooks and crannies for food to get stuck. It also means you can't use deeper pans or easily customize the pan configuration (I did know this when I bought them but wanted to make sure people looking into new units do too). The way the lids are situated on the station also makes getting into the back area difficult. Overall it is challenging to keep these stations clean.
