Scratch and Dent Avantco APPT-91-HC 92" 3 Door Refrigerated Pizza Prep Table

Worst cooler ever, its metal parts rust after the first week of use. The slots for the third pans are very badly placed, you have to pull some to replace others. After 21/2 the condenser has a leak, and it will cost@ $1000 between parts and labor to replace. I wish I never bought this brand, and never will again.

Avoid at all costs. Bought 2 of these in the summer of 2022 and have had both repaired once each and the second unit is down again and will likely need replaced. Note that the R-290 refrigerant is PROPANE and not many companies will even work on these. Look for any other type of refrigerant other than R-290 unless you are willing to constantly have this worked on. A year and a half out of 2 of these units is insane.

I like this pizza preparation table! The working surface is very big, it is very easy to clean and the price is very good. The 2 doors are self closing but inside there is no light. Also, it doesn’t come with any pans, so I have to buy my owns paying attention to the size. The motor is very silent and keeps the food at the temperature I want all the time. Even if there is a digital thermostat, I recommend to buy one more thermometer to put inside the refrigerator to make sure there is always the right temperature (the health dept also requires it).

We bought this unit right before Covid in Feb of 2020. We have had to have it serviced a minimum of five times. Now, it wasn't holding temp again and our service tech said it needs a new motor. We should not need a new motor after only 3 years. Won't buy again. If I do, it will be with the 5yr warranty.

Get what you pay for. Every sheetmetal screw and hinge bolt falls off. It does it just just going to buy a gallon of thread lock to keep it all together.

Very happy plugged it in and immediately cooled down to 33° and salad temperature very well during rush hour. I would recommend it to anyone.

The Avantco APPT-71-HC is a lot of refrigerator for the price! It has incredible amounts of storage space both on deck and below. Being that it is an economy unit, be mindful of its limited capacity to evenly circulate the air flow. it tends to have extreme cold and warm spots. I had to regularly rotate product throughout, to avoid freezing produce and occasional premature souring of sauces. Working with a limited budget, I would still buy this unit again rather than a used better circulating pricier brand.

This refrigerator is no working we call ! some one come and see no fix it they say they will come again I order this one mor then 3 weeks we need this refrigerator that why I orders if is no workin what we have to do! and this refrigerator we buy new ! New refrigerator no working They need to fix asap! I hope someone come and fix Or exchange new one thank you

Almost 5 years since we bought this equipment and still running with all the food orders we put troubled . Is great investment I really recommend it.

This showed up broken. Instead of sending me a new refrigerator, I was instructed to do a warranty claim which took over a month. That was a bust and I was eventually sent a new unit. You get what you pay for.

As always another best stuff from avantco .highly recommend for restaurant purchase.

We have had this for over a year and it has worked great. It holds temperature easily. It is very dependable, the doors work well.

Not the model number, “kit”. The drawers do not come installed so have fun in tight spaces. Outside of that, it is great. I would buy it again.

This is by far 1 of the best prep tables that has been known to last the longest life expectancy of its alleged life span when other prep refrigerators give out not even half way through its life span

Works great and holds temp perfectly even when open. I have bought 3 of them for my restaurant. The price is great to. I highly recommend.

This is the second Advantco make table we have purchased and they are definitely a great brand. It works great, holds perfect temperature and fits perfectly into our kitchen. I would highly recommend this make table for any pizza or sandwich shop!!
