Made with heavy-duty stainless steel vats, this rugged design is reliable for around-the-clock operation and can be cleaned easily. For further convenience, the device is supported by 4 heavy-duty casters, 2 of which are locking, for cleaning around the device when not in use. It comes with 2 full vats that each hold up to 65 lb. and either 1 full basket or 2 half baskets (sold separately).

This fryer has efficient heating elements that can recover temperatures quickly. Below the heating elements are both a cold zone and a built-in old filtration system to extend oil life. The built-in filtration system safety drain pumps oil through system filters and returns it, which means your staff won't have to break workflow to handle hot oil. By remaining energy efficient and extending oil life, this device offers extreme saving potential for your operation.

Integrated with advanced software, the Computron 8000 offers an easy-to-control interface to streamline the cooking process no matter the product. To make frying easier, the software stores up to 12 programmable cooking options as well as portion controls and filtering options. An LED display on the front of the device features a 16-character digital display with multiple language settings and shows both time and temperature. It also remembers the last cook setting if you need to immediately do it again. This device requires a 208V connection to operate.
