1 Numi organic turmeric tea bag (Amber Sun, Fields of Gold, Three Roots, or Golden Tonic)
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. honey or maple syrup
1 cup milk of choice

Steep the tea bag in 1/4 cup of boiling water for 7 minutes. Squeeze the tea bag to release full flavor. Stir in ginger, cinnamon, and sweetener to taste. Pour the tea mixture into a mug. Top with steamed milk. Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
