This Numi tea is perfect whether served hot or iced. To serve hot, steep 1 bag of aged Earl Grey tea in a cup of boiling water for 4-5 minutes. Once ready, it's strong enough to handle milk, yet mild enough to be served alone. To make iced tea, steep 2 tea bags in boiling water, cool, and pour over ice.

1 Numi organic aged Earl Grey tea bag
1/2 tsp. dried lavender
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tbsp. honey or maple syrup
1/2 cup milk
Elderflower syrup (optional)

Steep tea bag in 1/2 cup boiling water for 4 minutes. Squeeze the tea bag to release full flavor. Place loose lavender in a mesh ball and steep in tea. Stir in vanilla, sweetener, milk, and elderflower syrup (optional). Garnish with dried lavender and serve.
