Warranty is worthless. Very disappointed with this product, installed in January, refrigeration failed in April, took weeks to get authorization for a non network technician to repair a cracked evaporator coil. All good for 3 weeks, and a leak developed at a fitting in the compressor shell. Norlake is not responding to emails or voicemails, the technician reached out to Copeland the compressor manufacturer, and they will warranty it but it needs to go through Norlake. Its now almost July and we still don't have a working freezer after spending in repairs. Make sure you have a factory authorized service center for your location before even considering a Norlake unit.
