With a powerful motor, this robust unit packs the requisite power and torque to handle large quantities of fruits, vegetables, sauce, and soup. Its build includes a durable base and an indirect drive motor with all metal motor shaft and blades that will hold up to the demands of commercial operations. The CC-32S comes with a continuous feed attachment to further increase prep speed, as well as a 5/32" slicing disc and a 5/64" grating / shredding disc for versatility. The continuous feed attachment, which has a wide opening and a large blade diameter, is ideal for processing vegetables like cucumbers, carrots, celery, and other similar product.

This unit comes with 2 functions - vegetable prep and blending / cutting. The vegetable prep function will slice your prep time by slicing, shredding, or grating your produce at high speed and high volume. On the vegetable prep function, you can process up to 5 lb. of produce per minute! The blending / cutting function will help create your purees, sauces, and soups by emulsifying, grinding, and mincing your produce or proteins to perfection. The blending function accepts up to 3 qt. of produce at once, producing a 1 1/2 qt. yield once processed. The blending function includes a patented 3-scraper system that prevents friction and unwanted heat by scraping the sides of the lid and bowl and dumping the excess product back into the blades. This system will also prevent waste and ensure that you are incorporating every bit of produce that you put in to the processor.

The unit is equipped with 2 different speeds, both with perfect torque applications, to reach the desired shape or texture of your food every time. These speeds change automatically, based on the function, meaning no manual interference is necessary. This is not only safer, but much easier to hand over to inexperienced staff or new hires. The unit operates on 1000W of power with a 1 1/3 hp motor. For added convenience, the components of this food processor are easily disassembled and dishwasher-safe, making cleaning a breeze. It's also compact in size, measuring just 11 3/16" x 13 13/16" x 18 5/16", which makes it suitable for establishments that have limited counterspace. And because it disassembles, you can easily store it away when not use. The food processor requires a 120V connection for operation.
