The compact design makes it suitable for establishments with limited counterspace. Additionally, this unit can be quickly disassembled, making it easy to store away when not in use. It requires a 120V, 1 phase connection for operation.

Built for Commercial Use
This food processor includes a durable base with nonskid feet for secure use. Its direct drive motor with stainless steel motor shaft and stainless steel blades holds up to the demands of commercial operations. The safety interlocking feature ensures the blades won't spin unless the feed attachment is secured and the pusher is engaged, ensuring safe use for the operator.
Versatile Processing
This unit comes with a continuous feed attachment and discharge plate to further increase prep speed, as well as a 5/32" slicing disc and 5/64" grating / shredding disc for added versatility. The included pusher has a removable inner pusher, which is great for processing smaller or slender product such as celery stalks. It's also perfect for small-batch slicing and grating.
Easy to Operate
This unit is easy to operate with simple on and off buttons. The pulse button allows you to quickly and easily process food to the desired consistency. Note that the ETL certification applies only to the food processor.
