Nemco 56750-1 3/16" Easy Onion Slicer II Fruit / Vegetable Slicer

Unfortunately I bought this equipment and had to put in storage due to business start up delays. Finally put it to use, and the blades bent on the very first onion. This thing is worthless, I guess not cheaping out on equipment doesn’t always mean good quality. I expected a lot more for the price.

Blades bent first day. Called Nemco to get new blades. They refused to send them. Instead, their solution is for me to send the product back to them for them to work on and resend out. Second Nemco product that was as disappointing as their customer service. I’ll never purchase another nemco product again for my restaurants. Buyer Beware.

The 3/16" easy onion slicer II fruit/vegetable slicer is one of the best food processors we bought. It is super fast, easy to use and clean. It is efficient.

We have used this slicer to cut through tens if not hundreds of thousands of pounds of onions. It always performs flawlessly. Of course, it works better with sharp blades and small onions. If you use onions that are too large they tend to jam and by the time you force them into the blade they are bruised. This thing will finish a 50# bag of onion in a flash. It saves time , money , and brings next level consistency to your product.

Don't know how we lived without this slicer for so long. Nice straight cuts, very quick and seems very heavy duty. Tomatoes and onions are both done at the same time.

one of the handiest thing we bought so far for our deli, we used to use the slicer to slice onions, but now not any more great product and its easy to use and clean.

Very Happy with my purchase. This slicer is extremely useful, and can be used to prep such a wide variety of vegetables. The only down fall is the pusher block is somewhat hard to clean. and the blades need to be replaced every so often.

If you need a unit to slice a lottos onions this is the unit. Very easy to use and to clean . Made well good price.
