The Nemco 56278 metal stop is a direct replacement for the one on Nemco straight and wavy Chip Twisters. It also can be used to convert any 55050AN series Nemco fry cutter into a Chip Twister when used in conjunction with the correct Chip Twister face plate (sold separately).
