This high-temperature dishwasher features 2 dish racks, and it's designed to keep your dish room productive and efficient by tackling up to 25 racks per hour in a 141-second cycle. A built-in booster raises incoming water temperature 70 degrees Fahrenheit, so a final rinse of 180 degrees Fahrenheit is achieved.

This dishwasher boasts a 15 3/4" high door opening to allow easy loading and unloading and comes with plenty of smart design features to help you spend more time helping customers and less time doing the dishes. Its soft start functionality works to prevent breakage and chipping, while the Rinse Sentry feature extends the rinse cycle to ensure the final rinse is at 180 degrees Fahrenheit to meet health code standards. For extra soiled wares you can place the unit into scrub mode, which will extend the wash cycle for deeper cleaning. A counter-balanced, double skin door makes for an overall quieter operation. A 208-40V electrical connection is required for the operation of this unit. It comes standard as a single-phase model, but can be field-converted to accommodate a 3-phase setup.
