Transport food, ingredients, or even beverages while keeping them at safe cold holding temperatures with this Metro C5R9-SF single door refrigerated cabinet! Featuring a 22 gauge stainless steel interior and a type 304 20 gauge stainless steel exterior shell over foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation, this refrigerated cabinet is ideal for heavy duty applications where durability and energy efficiency is key. This refrigerated cabinet has polymer Armour panels located strategically on its exterior to protect it from hazards such as door knobs and railings, while its molded vertical handles make it easy to handle over uneven floor surfaces.

Thanks to its all-in-one, bottom-mounted refrigerated cassette with environmentally friendly R-134a refrigerant, this cabinet operates at temperatures from 33-40 degrees Fahrenheit and has a 30 minute pre-cooling period. This unit's cabinet temperature comes preset at 35 degrees Fahrenheit, but it can be easily reset using the electronic temperature controls and monitored with the analog thermometer that is mounted on the door.

This unit has an over-molded full perimeter bumper with a 1/4" thick metal insert for reinforcement as well as heavy duty 6" plate-mounted polyurethane casters with 2" tread (2 swivel, 2 with brake) that can bear a maximum weight of 600 lb. This refrigerated cabinet comes standard with 26 fixed lip load slides. These slides allow it to hold:

- 12" x 20" steam pans
- Gastronorm pans
