After your specialty dishes are prepared and ready to serve, storing them in this unit between 33 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit will maintain their serving temperature until mealtime. Its refrigeration system uses a 1/3 hp compressor, circulating R134a refrigerant to ensure the proper interior environment.

The body is made of stainless steel and features foamed-in-place insulation. Combined with an internal stainless steel frame that serves to fortify and protect the body of the cabinet, this unit is especially durable and reliable in busy kitchens and with everyday use. The interior features 20 sets of wire universal angles on 4 1/2" centers that adjust to 1 1/2" centers. As a result, the unit accommodates a variety of pan sizes, including 22" x 20" or 10" x 20" roast pans, full size sheet pans, 14" x 18" trays, or full size steam table pans. Plus, at the end of the day, the interior is easy to clean thanks to the coved corners.

For your convenience, the doors comes outfitted with magnetic gaskets for a tight seal. The unit is even designed to prevent wall and equipment damage with its recessed handles. Unlike protruding handles, these won't bang into and dent nearby surfaces when the doors are hastily thrown open. The cabinet also comes equipped with push/pull handles on either exterior side, as well as a full-perimeter bumper to protect surroundings during transport. Combined with a transport latch, these features make maneuvering both safe and easy. A set of 4 heavy-duty 6" casters enable mobility; 2 casters swivel and feature brakes. A 120V electrical connection is required for operation.
