Revolutionize your catering operation with this Cres Cor KC-UA-11 hybrid insulated indoor / outdoor cold cabinet! The perfect companion for indoor or outdoor catering events, festivals, or fairs, this portable cooling unit can hold temperature at 38 degrees Fahrenheit for up to 3-6 hours without being plugged in. A great solution to making sure your food products stay upright and intact during transportation, this fully insulated 3/4 size cabinet ensures that your food will arrive safely while maintaining the proper temperature until mealtime. Its refrigeration system can use a 120V electrical connection, 12VDC system, or battery power, and circulates low GWP R513a refrigerant to ensure the proper interior environment and compliance with California state regulations.

The first of its kind, this insulated cold cabinet was built to travel with its 8" heavy-duty, all-terrain swivel casters with two front brakes. Two powder blue push/pull handles allow for easy maneuvering during transport. Whether you are transporting pre-made salads, appetizers, and desserts, or uncooked meats, sides, and entrees for preparation on-site, this cold cabinet is sure to streamline meal service at your event. Plus, you don't have to worry about running out of space as this unit can hold up (22) 12" x 20" steam table pans and features 11 sets of locking transport angles on 1 1/2" adjustable centers so you can hold a variety of other pan sizes as well.

With a reflective coating on the outside, this unit is shielded from the sun's rays to keep the unit cooler and running more efficiently. The stainless steel interior, paired with smooth, coved corners makes this unit easy to clean and properly sanitize after use. This unit can be powered with a 120V electrical connection, 12VDC system, or by using battery charge. Additional accessories like a compatible solar panel or high-capacity battery (both sold separately) can be added to the unit to extend battery life.
