Increase your output efficiency and food quality with the Cres Cor R-171-SUA-10E-Z insulated ChillTemp refrigerated holding cabinet! After your specialty dishes are prepared and ready to serve, storing them in this unit between 33 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit will maintain their serving temperature until mealtime. Its refrigeration system uses a 1/3 hp compressor, circulating R134a refrigerant to ensure the proper interior environment. Plus, because the unit features a Lexan security panel to protect the controls, it's ideal for use in correctional facilities and other potentially rough environments.
The body is made of stainless steel and features foamed-in-place insulation. Combined with an internal stainless steel frame that serves to fortify and protect the body of the cabinet, this unit is especially durable and reliable in busy kitchens and with everyday use. The interior houses 10 sets of wire universal angles on 4 1/2" centers that adjust to 1 1/2" centers. Plus, at the end of the day, the interior is easy to clean thanks to the coved corners.
For your convenience, the door comes outfitted with a magnetic gasket and a key lock latch for a tight seal. The unit is even designed to prevent wall and equipment damage with its recessed handle. Unlike a protruding handle, this one won't bang into and dent nearby surfaces when the door is hastily thrown open. The cabinet also comes equipped with 4 heavy-duty 5" swivel casters to enable mobility and a field reversible door for versatility. A 120V electrical connection is required for operation.
