I love this warmer. I had a cheaper Winco model that broke constantly. Upgraded to the Metro and have used it for 10 hours a day everyday for 2 years now and still works like a champ!

We use this unit primarily in convention services for proofing, but also for transporting and holding items for the buffet. On busy nights, it rolls over to our "pizzaria" outlet to hold pies in the perfect humidity and temp until the rest of the items are ready. Our service window is only 8' wide and by placing the pizzas in this unit, we've been able to streamline our expo to multiple orders being set up. It has changed our world on busy nights.
