I really like and appreciate this unusual utensil. So full marks for the design, but I take off a star because the only option white color stains very quickly (one batch of chili will do it) which is not so aesthetically appealing. This would be perfect if it were offered in darker color options for those of us who like our utensils in crocks on the counter.

This spootensil works well for high temperatures and is easily storable. The shape of it, however, is not particularly practical for me - not deep enough to work as a spoon but the wrong shape to use instead of a spatula. You can't stir a pot and scrape around the bottom edges to ensure food doesn't stick. I wouldn't recommend this unless you know how you're going to use it and are confident it will work for you.

Awesome spoons. They actually aren't spoons, but stirring sticks. They are a perfect length, very sturdy and hold up against everything. I love it and would but more if these ever wear out, but I don't think they will.

I highly recommend these spoons. I bought three different sizes and use them constantly. I love the high temperature tolerance so I don’t ever worry about these spoons melting. I just love these spoons. I think you will too.

The Mercer Culinary M35120 Hell's Tools 9 7/8" White High Temperature Spootensil from Webstaurant is a great tool that we use all around our kitchen. It works great for mixing and stirring. The price is unbelievable and feels like it will last a long time. I do want to mention that they will stain but it does not affect its performance in any way. Highly recommended.

As a stirred, they are perfect. As a spoon, they are lacking (no bowl to scoop material) but I knew that going in. Biggest dock in stars is that they discolor - tomatoes, curries, etc. leave their mark.

We bought the high temperature spootensil to mix liquid ingredients cook hot sauces and stir-fry vegetables. It is very versatile and tolerate very high temperature. The price is much lower than other stores.
I thought this looked really cool, but the end is not as wide as I had hoped. I haven't tried it with candy making, yet, and that may be a game-changer and will update my reivew if so. It is much easier to store than my silicone utensiles,

This is a great spoontensil and my go to spoon for my non stick pans. It is flat so be aware that these are not made to scoop product.
