With a large interior capacity and control over the temperature, humidity, and air speed within the cabinet, there is no need for chemical additives in the aging process to obtain the desired results using this cabinet.

Dry aging allows for a longer storage and consumption time of meats compared to wet aging, and thanks to a 6" touch screen display with 30 preset recipes, operating this unit is easy for anyone.
