This Makita 40V MAX XGT GCV06T1 backpack dry dust extractor / vacuum kit is designed for indoor dust extraction on job sites for commercial applications. This vacuum's motor provides superior suction power and efficiency. Its powerful brushless motor delivers 67 CFM with 72" water lift of suction and features 3-speed power selection with a high, medium, and low setting for efficiency. This unit also features an efficient 2-stage filtration system that includes a HEPA filter which captures 99.97% of particulates 0.3 microns and larger. Its cordless, wearable backpack design provides unmatched portability and comfort. It's perfect for cleaning up dirt and dust from overhead construction sites, around obstacles, and in limited spaces with a filter bag capacity of .53 gallons and dust bag capacity of .4 gallons.

This unit uses an efficient 40V max XGT lithium-ion 5.0 Ah battery for up to 60 minutes of use on a full charge. The XGT battery delivers more constant power for high-current demands and features rigid rails with impact-resistant construction. The XGT charger cools the battery for faster charging and features a digital display with battery charge level. This vacuum is only for use with Makita batteries and chargers. It's also designed with AWS (auto-start wireless system) capability for power-on / off Bluetooth wireless communication using an AWS adapter (sold separately).

This Makita backpack vacuum kit is durable and made to last. The unit weighs 11 3/4 lb. with its battery, 9 lb. without its battery, and features padded shoulder straps and a waist belt with multiple adjustments for comfort and a secure fit. It also features a stopper that prevents the cover from closing without the dust bag installed. This unit utilizes XPT (Extreme Protection Technology) for impressive resistance to water and dust and to prevent overloading, overheating, and over-discharging. This makes it ideal for use in harsh conditions. It features a 5' anti-static hose with 3 adapter cuffs in 7/8", 15/16", and 1 1/2" sizes.
