It has an in-line fan design for better balance and ergonomics during use. Take care of large or small jobs easily with air velocity selections with a cruise control range of 0 - 459 CFM as well as speed lock for continuous operation. This blower is compatible with Makita 18V LXT batteries.

This blower features XPT (Extreme Protection Technology), which protects the blower from excess dirt, debris, water, or mud during intense jobs. Designed for convenience, this unit features a soft, rubberized ergonomic grip. It weighs 6.5 lb. with the battery in place, greatly reducing operator fatigue, and also features a hole in its housing bottom for simple hanging storage.

This kit includes (1) 18V LXT lithium-ion 4.0 Ah battery and 1 charger. The battery features Star Protection's digital communication to protect against overloading, overheating, and over-discharging as it optimizes performance for longer sustained power. The charger allows the battery to reach a full charge in just 40 minutes and features an LED charge level indicator. It also uses a dual fan system to circulate air to keep the battery cool. The battery features rigid rails to provide impact-resistant durability and ensure it remains securely attached to the blower. This blower is only for use with Makita batteries and chargers.
