This 541026065004 stainless steel chimney cover is a direct replacement for the part that came standard on your equipment. Use it to replace a broken one quickly and easily. It rests on top of the back of the fryer cabinet to vent heat and fumes upwards towards your hood vent. It also has two attached basket rails to easily hang fryer baskets.
This part is designed for use with select units in the Avantco Equipment F5, FF100, and FF518 series, as well as MainStreet Equipment 541FF100L and 541FF100N series units.
