Lincoln Impinger Oven 1300 Series: Daily Cleaning

Lincoln Impinger Oven 1300 Series: Daily Cleaning

Daily cleaning is a simple process. First using clean water and a non-caustic degreaser wipe the outside surfaces with the grain, using a clean, soft cloth. Then rinse with clean, warm water. Polish with a stainless steel cleaner. Always wipe with the grain using a soft cloth. The next daily job is to clean the conveyor belt. Brush it with a special wire brush, like the Lincoln #369217. Next remove the conveyor crumb pans. Crumb pans are on the extended conveyor only and the take-off shelves or end stops. Wash with oven non-caustic degreaser and rinse with clean water. Make sure the oven is at least six inches away from walls and combustible materials. Let's review the daily cleaning list. We cleaned and rinsed the exterior. Then we cleaned the conveyor belt with a wire brush. Then the conveyor crumb pans and take-off shelves or end stops and checked the area for combustible materials.

Lincoln 2501/1353 208V Details

The Lincoln 2501/1353 2500 series countertop impinger (DCTI) electric conveyor oven is designed with innovative 1/10 hp air impingement technology to allow for rapid heating, cooking, baking, and crisping of all your customers' favorites. That's two to four times faster than conventional ovens! Plus, to further increase output, this unit is stackable (other units sold separately) up to two high.

The DCTI utilizes a removable, standard 31" stainless steel conveyor belt (16" wide) with a 20" baking chamber. Because of the extended belt, you'll be able to prep more pizzas, sandwiches, or appetizers, saving you time up front. Its intuitive digital controls on the front of the unit let you easily adjust cooking times from 30 seconds to 15 minutes. The belt even features a reverse function that allows you to keep cooking without having to pick up the food and put it back on the belt. You can adjust the temperature range from 90-600 degrees Fahrenheit to customize your oven to your needs. A 3" opening size accommodates a variety of products.

For easy cleaning, the Lincoln DCTI electric conveyor oven features a durable stainless steel exterior and four removable air distribution fingers within the baking chamber. 4" legs are included to comply with safety standards for countertop equipment. It requires a 208V electrical connection.
