This puree is made without preservatives and does not contain added sugars or artificial colors and flavors. In fact, this puree was created to maintain its original characteristics to let its most natural taste, color, and texture shine in your menu items, any time of the year.

Packaged in a bulk 22 lb. bucket, this product is a great way to ensure you keep a good supply of this top-quality puree on hand. The bucket features a handle for easy transportation and can be stacked to maximize space in your cold storage area. The puree itself is easy to unmold and portion. You can thaw this product by leaving it in the bucket and defrosting for 6 days under refrigeration. You can also portion out this product and thaw it in a baine marie or in the microwave for faster use. This worked out perfect for my beer. I am an avid home brewer. I am constantly looking for new online options for products that I consume in brewing and produce an exceptional product. I did this time. The ordering was easy with lots of choices. Once I made my choice and ordered it was on my doorstep a few days later. Now the bad. Since it was a frozen product and I could not spread the shipping across several products it did end up being rather expensive. That is actually my bad as planning is probably part of an online purchase to diffuse shipping across several items. Live and learn. Very happy with the product and service.
