You can thaw this product by leaving it in the bucket and defrosting for 6 days under refrigeration. You can also portion out this product and thaw it in a baine marie or in the microwave for faster use. The shelf life of this product is three years, but they now have only two months to use. The supplier charged me the price I admire but sent me the products that are about to expire. I can't forgive them. I can't accept these goods. Please refund the money. They have done this more than once, and this time they will not tolerate it.

This worked out perfect for my beer. I am an avid home brewer. I am constantly looking for new online options for products that I consume in brewing and produce an exceptional product. I did this time. The ordering was easy with lots of choices. Once I made my choice and ordered it was on my doorstep a few days later. Now the bad. Since it was a frozen product and I could not spread the shipping across several products it did end up being rather expensive. That is actually my bad as planning is probably part of an online purchase to diffuse shipping across several items. Live and learn. Very happy with the product and service.
This stuff is amazing. We make a Passionfruit Mojito, just like the ones I have in Cancun when I go. It tastes just like the real Passionfruit they use... No added ingredients in the Les Vergers products... love it!!
