I have been on the hunt for a lid for my Commercial 23 Gallon rectangular trash can for awhile now (Similar to the Rubbermaid).
The rotating door type lids that were available were poorly made on the hinges and were prone to breaking. Went through two of them. So I told myself the next time it breaks, im just getting a secure closed lid. To my surprise, other companies did not have something available.

Thank goodness for this company, I understand they service the commercial industry but I was elated they would delivery to my home and found the perfect option.
