The weight capacity is 400 lb. for standard height industrial bases and 300 lb. for bar height industrial bases. This item cannot accommodate people sitting on tabletops. Due to the height of the bar height tables, adding more weight can lead to an unstable table.

Base – came in two boxes, one of which was completely torn up due to lack of proper shipping packaging. Hardware kit was also broken so two things to note here – what was not lost thru the holes of the cardboard packaging was rolling around loosely damaging the wood parts and some small scratches on the metal.. Additionally the slots for the legs to be inserted in were ALL smashed and out of square to the point I needed to take a hammer to them to be able to complete the assembly. That in turn, of course, damaged the painted finish. Another week or so to get replacement hardware kit. Table legs are great! We ordered several of these for our dining room, and they have held up nicely. When delivered, we were missing a few screws from the packaging, primarily because the boxes were damaged in transit, but we were able to get replacement screws at the local hardware store. We used one to put a homemade tabletop on, and for the other, we purchased the matching walnut-finish tabletop. We have been pleased with these table legs and have purchased more as well as recommended them to other operations.

These antique walnut table bases are so beautiful. I think they have three different options to choose from. My favorite is the Antique rustic walnut.
