It provides superior insulation with the help of durable 26 gauge stucco embossed Galvalume steel paneling coated with a silicone containing aluminum-zinc alloy for enhanced performance. The cooler features a self-contained refrigeration unit with an automatic condensate evaporator that doesn't require any plumbing, offering you big savings on the services of plumbers and technicians.

Superior Temperature Maintenance
This high performance, energy-efficient walk-in cooler is equipped with a top-mounted, 1/2 hp refrigeration system that fits flush to the interior cavity, allowing you to utilize 100% of the cooler's interior space. This system runs on R-448A refrigerant and maintains a low temperature of 38 degrees Fahrenheit to keep your perishable inventory and prepped food at the prime refrigerated temperature. The door has an integrated heater for added protection against condensation. The cooler panels are lined with 4" thick CFC-free urethane insulation that ensures the cooler operates efficiently and maintains consistent temperatures and also adds to the unit's overall structural integrity.
Aluminum Floor
The unit's smooth, 1/8" thick aluminum floor adds additional insulation, helping to keep the cooler free of condensate formation. This is particularly important for users who are not able to place the cooler on a ground level concrete floor. The aluminum floor panels can withstand an evenly distributed weight load of up to 700 lb. per sq. ft. Additionally, coved corners help make cleaning a breeze.
Posi-Loc Fastening System
The walk-in cooler features a Posi-Loc fastening system consisting of panel fasteners and magnetic gaskets that ensure an airtight enclosure for optimal performance and energy efficiency. A built-in interior safety release keeps users safe by preventing accidental entrapment.
