People Talk About:pasta roller Kitchenaid attachment dough easy great fondant hand made
Good quality and built to last. The spacing between the rollers seems to be quite even which is important. So far I've made pasta, Russian dumplings (pelmeni) and paper thin sesame crackers. No issues and super happy with the purchase. It's a real time saver.

This tool makes making fresh pasta a pleasure instead of a chore. Makes uniform sheets for lasagne, or pair it with the cutters and make fettuccine or angel hair. So much easier than manual rolling.

Very useful addition for the Kitchenaid Stand Mixer. This will make flat noodles that are perfect for lasagna, or for cutting into spaghetti and fettucine.

I really love this pasta roller and pretty much everything else that KitchenAid makes. It is very easy to attach to a mixer. I had a stand alone manual pasta maker before. Using this attachment I can make pasta a lot faster with minimal effort. I use the Inn at Little Washington's pasta recipe from their cookbook - it's absolutely delicious.

We don't do a lot of pasta, but when we do we make fresh pasta. We've used a hand crank roller for so long this is like trading in a car for a more expensive one.

Using my kitchen aid pasta roller for rolling out fondant is easy and fun! Making the fondant smooth and equal thickness it's really great to have around

This pasta roller is very easy to use. There are 9 different settings. 1 is the thickest. 9 is the thinest. 9 is paper paper thin. The highest I've gone is 6, because the dough seems to get really, really thin. If you were going to roller thinner, I'd use smaller pieces of dough. I've seen this pasta roller used for gumpaste and fondant too, though the instructions recommend only rolling out pasta dough.

Makes the job of rolling pasta out much easier and more enjoyable. We have used this with the other attachments to make great homemade pasta. Have also used it to make flat sheets for ravioli. It does take some practice to get the right consistency of dough for it to not tear.

I love making pasta with my aunt using her hand-cranked machine. That's hard to do one handed though, and the pasta extruder I purchased was a disappointment. I can work these rollers solo, which is near impossible with a hand crank. Great investment. Works great for homemade crackers too.

Solidly made attachment for the Kitchenaid mixer Very easy to use and get any pasta down to the perfect thinness, whether it's spaghettis or lasagna sheets. Make sure not to immerse the roller in water to clean, just wait for any pasta dough to harden and you can use the included brush to sweep out, as well as turning the attachment upside down -- any excess dried pasta dough will become dislodged from the inside of the roller.

This is a very versatile product for the kitchenaid. you can roll out pasta doughs with ease. with the other pasta cutter attachments you can make virtually any kind of pasta.
