Great for soups, sauces, batters, mousses, egg whites, and creams, this unit features a 1 hp, variable speed motor for blending between 9000 to 18,000 RPM. The slower speeds are ideal for blending and mixing, while the higher speeds emulsify and puree beautifully. Plus, the unit features an ergonomic soft-grip handle for convenient one-handed operation that makes powering through the 14 gallon maximum blend volume a breeze! This blender even comes with a second handle to increase control and leverage while blending.

In order to offer you the most versatility, an included bowl clamp secures the blender to the bowl for hands-free operation. Unassisted blending is possible too, thanks to the continuous run capability, giving you more time to attend to other tasks around the kitchen while simultaneously blending. The stainless steel blending arm is dishwasher safe and can be replaced with the included whisk attachment for greater versatility in the kitchen.
