This high temperature warewashing machine comes complete with a built-in 40-70 degree Fahrenheit rise booster heater that helps the unit achieve appropriate rinse temperatures. It features a two-pass Energy Recovery system, which reuses the steam from the unit to preheat the cold water before it enters the booster heater, saving energy and heating costs! There are three selectable timed cycles, as well as a delime cycle, which makes quick work of removing hard water deposits, so your dishes will be left sparkling clean every time, while the exclusive Sani-Sure feature aids in assuring proper temperatures for a maximum clean. Plus, the triple wash arm ensures each dish is cleaned to the same, consistent standard.

Made with rugged stainless steel and adjustable bullet feet, this machine is built to withstand heavy-duty use in a humid, commercial dish room. It comes with specially designed stainless steel nozzles, which prevent clogging to provide superb cleaning action. This unit is also ventless, allowing you to place it in any convenient location since it does not require a hood.

Other great features of this dish machine include the adjustable Econo and Turbo rinse system, multi-cycle timer, hi-limit thermostat and low water protection, and a self-draining pump, which bring user convenience. For an added benefit, this dishwasher is field convertible from straight through to corner and vice versa.
