This powerful, energy-efficient dishwasher combines a durable 304 stainless steel frame, legs, and adjustable feet with speed and high-temperature sanitization for a reliable, easy-to-use dishwashing solution designed for high-traffic commercial kitchen environments. It has oversized scrap screens and a detergent connection provision with a dedicated de-lime cycle for easy cleaning. This single-point electrical unit requires a 480V connection for operation.

This powerful 3 phase dishwasher features a water temperature range from 110-160 degrees Fahrenheit. It has a 9 kW tank heater with 3 wash cycles, with a standard cycle, an extended cycle, and a heavy cycle, each with the right balance of power to ensure spotless silverware, dishware, cookware, and glasses with every wash. It has a 17.5 gallon wash tank capacity. It washes up to (60) 20" x 20" racks per hour for 1,500 dishes, 2,400 glasses, or 2,400 meals per hour, using only 0.65 gallons of water per rack at 20 PSI for 38.4 gallons per hour with a final rinse peak flow of 3.9 gallons per minute. This ventless system consumes 4 gallons of water per minute and 1.3 gallons per cycle.
Convenient Technology
This unit features a quad-arm wash system for full rack coverage, and RackAware rack detection that optimizes water and energy use by automatically sensing when dish racks are present. This ensures that the wash and rinse cycles only activate when needed, significantly reducing water and energy consumption. This item is compatible with select Insinger accessories like additional racks, external panel kits, external steam boosters, a drain quench system, and an additional security package (sold separately). It also features gas springs for the door hood, a door safety switch, a hinged dish rack support, and dish rack guides that nest and lock for rack security.

This Insinger CX20HVG dishwasher features a 1.5 hp wash motor with a built-in 9 kW HeatCore submerged booster heater designed for high-temperature warewashing. The booster heater tank features a 2.3 gallon capacity, and it's welded to the wash tank to absorb and transfer radiant heat more efficiently. This item's steam tank consumes 11 lb. per hour with a steam consumption rate range of 22-43 lb. per hour and a rise range of 40-70 degrees Fahrenheit. It operates with a latent heat of 4,046 BTU per hour, a sensible heat of 8,224 BTU per hour, and a total heat of 12,720 BTU per hour.

This unit provides convenient use with a front-mounted wash tank, an easy-glide door with an Ergo-Grip door handle that ensures smooth corner installations without modification, and a foot-operated drain pedal. It features a drain flow peak rate of 35 gallons per minute and an overflow designed for energy conservation with low-water protection. It has a StatusGlow LED indicator bar, a swing-out corner control panel with a waterproof IP67 control board for protection from moisture, and anti-vandal stainless steel buttons.
