Prepare food hibachi-style and impress your guests with this Imperial Range ITY-48 48" natural gas Teppanyaki griddle! The thick, highly polished 3/4" steel plate boasts a 48" cooking surface to keep up with a large range of menu items like beef, eggs, shrimp, and vegetables. With an adjustable gas valve and a continuous pilot light for instant ignition, this griddle is highly efficient and easy to use.
This griddle has (1) 30,000 BTU round burner in the center, creating a "hot spot" with the temperature gradually decreasing outward from the middle. It is operated by a cast aluminum knob with a heat protection grip for safe use. The stainless steel construction with welded and polished steams adds durability and is easy to clean, while the 3 1/2" grease gutter and large removable grease can ensure easy maintenance. With built-in venting features, this griddle can be placed on non-combustible tables and cabinets. A natural gas connection is required.
