This range is operated by easy-to-use infinite heat controls that can individually operate the inner and outer rings of the burner for flexibility and temperature control between a simmer and high heat. The control knobs on this unit are cast aluminum and feature heat protection grips, keeping your staff safe even when the range is operating at its highest temperature. An open cabinet base is included for convenient storage, and four heavy-duty legs are adjustable comfortable use. This unit requires a liquid propane connection for operation.
