Designed with a highly-polished, 1" thick steel plate griddle surface, this unit is perfect for cooking a variety of foods; from pancakes and eggs to grilled cheese, and even burgers! The steel construction provides the unit with excellent heat retention and quick recovery, ensuring your products will be cooked to perfection. This unit has four burners, each with a heating power of 30,000 BTU. Aeration baffles situated between the burners ensure that heat is evenly distributed across the cooking surface. Plus, each burner has an adjustable gas valve control and a continuous pilot light for added precision and efficiency when cooking.

This unit is manually controlled, which allows for more flexibility when cooking various products at once and gives you better control over the heat. The control knobs on this unit are cast aluminum and feature a heat protection grip, keeping your staff safe even when the griddle is at its hottest temperature. For added convenience, this griddle comes equipped with a 4" wide stainless steel grease gutter and a 1 gallon grease can, making it easier to clean the unit and keep your cooking area sanitary.

The front, sides, splash guard, and ledge are made of durable stainless steel. The exterior is easy to wipe down and clean, and is designed to withstand daily use in busy establishments.
