Designed for light commercial applications, this floor-mount water heater features a 50 gallon capacity and is made with precision laser-welded durable, high-grade 316L stainless steel to prevent leaks and resist corrosion for long-lasting use. It also features a cupro-nickel heat exchanger that ensures years of maintenance-free operation with a high-quality aluminum anode rod that extends the tank life and over 2" of CFC super foam insulation for low standby loss. This item is powered by natural gas and is designed to be highly efficient and to consume less energy, even during low load conditions. It operates at up to a .90 Uniform Energy Factor (UEF) and 154-gallon first-hour rating with a modulating burner for a 3-to-1 turndown ratio that matches fuel consumption to demand for 25,000-76,000 BTU. It also features a 1.6 GPM / 98 GPH recovery at a 100-degree rise.

This light-duty indoor water heater is controlled with an easy-to-read LCD with a fault indicator and intelligent temperature controls that monitor inlet and outlet water temperatures to adjust modulation automatically up to 160 degrees Fahrenheit for consistent performance. It's designed for versatile venting and is compatible with 2" PVC, CPVC, or ULC S636 pipe for up to 150' of combined intake and exhaust balanced or unbalanced venting system (sold separately) and features a 33" gas connection height, a 33" intake height, a 6 3/4" exhaust height, and 8" water connection distance. It also has power vent or direct vent options and a 3/4" NPT inlet and outlet size. This item requires a 120V connection for operation and features an 8' power cord.

This water heater is light weight for easier transportation and installation with top port connections on the inlet and outlet, and a top connection auxiliary port for a recirculation line or air handler piping (sold separately) for increased efficiency. It's made with temperature and pressure relief valves and features built-in auxiliary taps for compatibility with HTP air handlers, radiant heating, and supplemental storage tanks, as well as the free mobile app for WiFi-enabled remote access for additional resources (sold separately). It's made with a front combustion chamber for easy access and servicing, a factory-installed durable brass drain valve ensures fast and easy draining, and is listed with the California Energy Commission.
