We got this unit brand new and it does not make ice upon installation. When I called Webrestaurantstore and Hoshizaki US for solution I was told I need to get service from an authorized service technician locally. I am told by the service company that we may have to pay for anything not covered. It is BRAND NEW. Why do I even need to pay for anything? Hoshizaki or Webrestaurant should be paying for it. Unfortunate we need to pay more just for a working unit.
