Quickly and safely process meat with the Hobart 4732A-18-STD #32 meat chopper! Chopping between 25 and 40 lb. of meat per hour, this compact unit provides efficient, quality results for your products. Its innovative alloy steel stay-sharp knife and plates require resharpening much less than those made of carbon steel; however, when resharpening is needed, the plates will withstand more resharpening than standard plates. This ensures that the unit remains in tip-top shape for as long as possible, giving your operation a meat chopping solution with superior cutting performance that's nearly effortless to maintain!

This chopper is user-friendly and relies on a magnetic-type contractor for operation. To ensure that the operator or nearby kitchen staff are not placed in danger, a guard is mounted to the feed pan sides and made of durable cast aluminum; it prevents accidental exposure to the worm. Because the pan is removable, the unit is easier to store and clean.

For durability and sanitation purposes, the chopper is stainless steel, which is smooth and easy to clean, and the gears are steel. The motor is separated from the pan by fiberglass insulation, preventing the motor's heat from affecting the meat. Plus, the junction box is waterproof, protecting the vital electrical connections from damage during use or cleaning.

For your convenience, this unit includes a plastic feed stomper and a cylinder wrench. The chopper boasts a heavy-duty 3 hp motor and requires a 200V 3 phase electrical connection for operation.
