Hobart 4732-35STD Details
For processing fresh, boned meat, choose the Hobart #32 electric meat chopper! This compact-design chopper can be fed at a rapid pace with continuous chopping action. Plus, it won't mash or crush meat, allowing food product to keep its natural color and flavor! This chopper has a fresh meat capacity of 35 to 40 lb. per minute through a 1/8" plate, and 25 to 30 lb. of beef per minute on second cutting through a 1/8" plate (plates sold separately). It features a compact design and an epoxy enamel finish. Better yet, all food contact surfaces are easy to clean!
This unit is designed for use with standard #32 plates (sold separately) and comes with a 14 gauge stainless steel pan. Its 3 hp motor provides the power needed for tough jobs. The oil bath transmission is built to last and is equipped with a double lip seal to prevent loss of oil and moisture damage. The legs provide 8" clearance to make it easy to clean underneath the machine. It requires a 230V electrical connection and the electrical connection.
