Thoroughly and consistently mix seasoning into ground meats or add fat to sausage with this 176 lb. electric meat mixer! Made of durable type 304 stainless steel this mixer has the toughness to withstand the wear-and-tear of a commercial kitchen as well as being resistant to corrosion.

With the two swivel arm mixing system the fats and spices are much more efficiently mixed with the meat and done so in a quicker fashion. A spacious hopper is capable of holding up to 176 lb. of meat, making it a great option for large batch operations. The dual 3/4 hp motors will effortlessly whip right through ground beef, lamb, pork or even non-meat contents such as hard mixes and salads. The side gear box/control panel is fully encased and protected from any liquids or other outside contaminants with a double seal. A simple and intuitive front panel controller switches the mixing arms from forward and reverse, and also includes an auto-off feature and auto-function with reverse.

Four casters make this mixer fully mobile, and with 2 of them including a brake they can be immobilized so no unwanted movement occurs during operation. A tilting mechanism allows for easier loading and unloading of meat products with easier access to the mixing bin. It is also beneficial when it comes times to clean the machine as you can more effectively reach all parts of the bin. The tank comes equipped with an automatic locking system and safety lock to make clean up simple. After operation of the unit, the arms are removable without the use of tools for proper cleaning and sanitation.
