Quickly and easily mix meat, coleslaw, sandwich fillings, and more with this heavy-duty 110 lb. electric meat mixer! With powerful (2) 1/2 hp motors, this unit can mix up to 110 lb. of both meat and non-meat products such as hard mixes and salads. Ideal for butcher shops, commercial kitchens, and supermarkets, this mixer utilizes two mixing arms to offer fast, consistent results. It also boasts both forward and reverse mixing action for optimal control over even the most delicate products. For easy operation, IP 67 controls operate the machine.
This unit features a modern design with a strong, heavy-duty AISI 304 stainless steel construction to withstand frequent use. The mixing arms are also stainless steel to ensure ideal performance. Both mixing arms are removable, while the tank tilts for easy product emptying along with fast cleaning and easy maintenance. For safe use, there is a safety microswitch to immediately stop operation, an auto-off feature, and a safety lock on the tilting tank. This unit is complete with stainless steel swivel wheels with locks, to allow for mobility or keep the unit securely in place as needed. It requires a 220V electrical connection for operation.
