Prepare your best stir fry and sauteed dishes by using this Hatco countertop induction wok range. With a durable, heavy-duty glass-ceramic construction, this wok range can immediately add versatility and efficiency to your kitchen! It is adjustable by single percentages and in 1 degree increments up to 600 degrees Fahrenheit and features a reliable digital timer for any automated cooking cycles. Its easy-to-use control knob and push-button control panel make it easy to set the temperature, with just a spin of the dial bringing product to a boil or simmer. Additionally, its induction-ready design ensures fast, even heat distribution thanks to induction coils that wrap around the sides of the unit.
This induction wok range has an exceptional programmable menu function that allows you to download complex recipes for consistent cooking. The built-in USB port makes it easy to download recipes directly to the unit as well as transfer them to other wok ranges. The stored recipes can have up to 3 timed steps, each with any temperature or power level needed to achieve the desired results. Once the food is prepared, the wok range can be used in temperature control holding mode (70-200 degrees Fahrenheit) which maintains food at safe serving temperatures, and the automatic shut-off function prevents overheating.
This unit comes with 1 induction-ready, carbon steel wok pan. The range prioritizes safety with Pan Sense Technology (PST) which activates the unit only when a compatible pan, like the one included, is detected. A 120V electrical connection is required for operation, and it comes with a 71" power cord and 5-15P plug.
