We've got 4 of these blenders and they're fantastic. The preset buttons are great. It makes a perfect smoothie or frozen drink every time! Very much worth the hefty price tag!

Wave-Action® Blending
The patented stainless steel blade design continuously forces your mixture into the blades, ensuring that there are never chunks of ice or other product leftover at the end of the blending process. Instead of turning in a circular motion like tradition blenders, blades in the unique Wave-Action® system move up and out to pull ingredients from the top down for an even, consistent mix all the way through.
Powerful, but Quiet
This blender features a mighty 3 hp motor, chopping through ice and other ingredients with ease. Plus, a series of fans are used to keep the motor as cool as possible during use. This doesn't make it excessively loud, though! With new Quiet Blend technology and a Quiet Shield enclosure, the blender is ideal for use in open kitchen or bar areas, as it reduces noise down to a conversation level.
Easy to Use
An incredibly versatile piece of equipment, this blender comes pre-programmed with 100 blending cycles so your staff can make consistent drinks every time, as well as a memory card slot for custom programming made easy! Thanks to its included USB port, you can easily update your blender so that it will never be outdated.

The HBH850 is a POWERHOUSE of a blender! Using this model on a Mobile Coffee Truck for mixed beverages and it grinds up the ice like its nothing! Love the Quiet Shield too, does what it says!
