Improve your back-of-house efficiency with the Grease Guardian GGX25 50 lb. automatic grease trap / removal unit. Grease traps are often used with cooking or prep sinks, pot sinks, and commercial dishwashers in various types of commercial food service operations. By filtering wastewater from your attached sink or dishwasher, this machine separates solids and grease and protects your plumbing in the process. After filtering, settled grease is automatically sent to the external grease collector, as many as four times per day, which reduces the time you spend cleaning the machine and the risk of backup.

Using a durable skimming blade, the GGX25 is capable of outputting a skimming rate of 11 / 22 lbs. per low / high cycle. The skimming process makes the removal and recycling of grease easier than ever. With the integrated controller and interface, you're able to set energy-saving options based on the needs of your establishment. Featuring a 25 gpm-flowrate and a 50 lb. grease retention capacity, this machine is built to handle any kitchen and is ideal for floor or shelf-mounted arrangement. Once the grease and solids are separated from the clear water, a PLC-controlled immersion heater liquefies the grease for easy removal into the 2 gallon external grease collector.

With a fully sealed, air-tight stainless steel lid and robust stainless steel clamps, this machine is built to withstand consistent and long-term use. It also features a removable, heavy-duty stainless steel dry solids strainer basket. This unit requires a 110V electrical connection.
