We use these .75 ounce portion cups to hold garnishes in for service. I simply pick flowers and herbs into the cups, and in the pick up, just dump them from the cup.

This is a pretty sad little condiment cup. It's squat, so it's barely an inch tall and looks very cheap when served to a customer.

These cups are often used for condiments on food lines. Strong white paper and inexpensive at that. 250 half ounce cups will last a while. Wider opening than most others.
