We use these .75 ounce portion cups to hold garnishes in for service. I simply pick flowers and herbs into the cups, and in the pick up, just dump them from the cup.

These are actually a bit taller than the picture shows. I would not describe them as "squat." They do the trick though and love they are compostable.

Unlike most souffle/portion cups I've experienced, these ones are really great because nothing leaks through the bottom. They're surprisingly firmer than I was expecting too.

This is a pretty sad little condiment cup. It's squat, so it's barely an inch tall and looks very cheap when served to a customer.

These paper souffle cups are the perfect size for us. They prevent excessive waste, and though they are a little more money than the ounce cups, we save more than that by reducing portion size. We use them in the People's Choice Sampling tent at the BBQ festival, providing "meat shots" for the patrons, and like them a little better than the similar portion cup that isn't squat.

These were the perfect size for samples of my pies. I liked that they were wider because it allowed the pie to peek over the edge and have the samples seem much larger. Will definitely be ordering again.

These cups are very wide and flat more like a miniature plate. It was not the best size for my kale chip samples but it will work for cheesecake samples which need a bit more room.
