Quickly and efficiently prepare meat, fish, or vegetables with this Garland XHP GTXHP36 LP 36" heavy-duty liquid propane countertop charbroiler. This charbroiler uses (2) 27,000 BTU burners to efficiently brown casseroles, melt cheese, toast sandwiches, or even finish cooking meats. Each half of this unit has its own temperature controls, using a power switch to turn the flame on / off and a knob to adjust height of the flame. The knobs have stainless steel guards to protect against bumps and prevent damage in busy environments.

Bring efficiency to your kitchen and use as much as 50% less gas than a standard charbroiler with this Garland natural gas charbroiler. This unit also uses Synergy Grill Technology to save energy and boost your efficiency. This gas burner system offers 51.3% cooking energy efficiency for enhanced energy savings. Plus, it ensures that less moisture is lost in the cooking process. This results in 50% less shrinkage than standard charbroilers, allowing you to produce more succulent food.

All outer panels and the burner box are constructed with durable stainless steel, and the heavy-duty cast iron grates are removable to make cleaning easy. This unit can be equipped with a slow cook shelf (sold separately) to perfectly cook your food to your preference. Eliminating the need for a grease collection tray, this unit has heavy-duty ceramics lining the burner box to vaporize oils and fats to speed up cleaning time.

Safe and efficient, each burner of this charbroiler has complete flame failure protection. While in use, the heat is radiated back to the cook surface to even out the temperature. To further ease cleaning duties, this charbroiler comes with a 2-in-1 cleaning brush / grate scraper and an ignitor cleaning roll. By keeping the ignitor clean, it will preserve the life of your unit.
