Garland / US Range CIR36 LP Details

This Garland / U.S. Range UIR36 liquid propane range-mount infra-red salamander broiler is a great addition to your existing U36 range (sold separately)! Thanks to two powerful 20,000 BTU infra-red burners, you'll be able to brown the tops of casseroles, melt cheese, broil or reheat individual entrees, and finish cuts of meat with ease!

The Garland / U.S. Range UIR36 range-mount salamander broiler features a stainless steel top, front, sides, and backsplash for durability and easy cleaning. To protect employees from the heat, this unit is equipped with a bottom heat shield.

A three-position, spring-balanced adjustable rack assembly, two individual hi-lo valve controls, and a large capacity removable grease pan enhance flexibility and ease of use. This unit requires a 1/2" NPT gas inlet.

Sometimes we can special order from the manufacturer and have your cooking equipment delivered ready-to-go, but in cases where your unit is in stock and waiting to ship, you’ll need to have a qualified service technician come to your location and alter your unit at the time of installation so that it is compatible with a higher elevation.
