This U.S. Range liquid propane range-mount infra-red salamander broiler is a great addition to your existing Cuisine range (sold separately)! Thanks to 2 powerful 20,000 BTU infra-red burners, you'll be able to brown the tops of casseroles, melt cheese, broil or reheat individual entrees, and finish cuts of meat with ease! This salamander broiler features a stainless steel top, front, sides, and backsplash for durability and easy cleaning. It's compatible with select U.S. Range Cuisine series ranges.
To protect employees from the heat, this unit is equipped with a stainless steel bottom heat shield. A 3-position, spring-balanced adjustable rack assembly, 2 individual high and low valve controls, and a large capacity removable grease pan enhance flexibility and ease of use. This unit requires a liquid propane connection for operation.
