This U.S. Range UIR36C liquid propane infrared countertop salamander broiler is a great addition to your cooking line! Thanks to two powerful 20,000 BTU infrared burners, you'll be able to brown the tops of casseroles, melt cheese, broil or reheat individual entrees, and finish cuts of meat with ease! This salamander broiler features a stainless steel top, front, sides, and backsplash for durability and easy cleaning.

To protect employees from the heat, this unit is equipped with a bottom heat shield. A three-position, spring-balanced adjustable rack assembly, two individual hi-lo valve controls, and a large capacity removable grease pan enhance flexibility and ease of use. This unit requires a liquid propane connection for operation.

My business is at a high elevation; does this change anything when I order gas cooking equipment?

Sometimes we can special order from the manufacturer and have your cooking equipment delivered ready-to-go, but in cases where your unit is in stock and waiting to ship, you’ll need to have a qualified service technician come to your location and alter your unit at the time of installation so that it is compatible with a higher elevation.
