This U.S. Range liquid propane infra-red countertop salamander broiler is a great addition to your cooking line! Thanks to 2 powerful 20,000 BTU infra-red burners, you'll be able to brown the tops of casseroles, melt cheese, broil or reheat individual entrees, and finish cuts of meat with ease! This salamander broiler features a stainless steel top, front, and sides for durability and easy cleaning.
To protect employees from the heat, this unit is equipped with a bottom heat shield. A 3-position, spring-balanced adjustable rack assembly, 2 individual high and low valve controls, and a large capacity removable grease pan enhance flexibility and ease of use. This counter model has 4" legs or can be mounted to the wall with a wall mount kit (sold separately). This unit requires a liquid propane connection for operation.
